You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. All activity that occurs under your account—whether carried out by you directly or by another party who gained access due to your negligence—is entirely your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the garasi189 support team immediately.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the garasi189 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with the applicable terms. Using this service for money laundering, fraud, system manipulation, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform, manipulate gaming software, or collude with other users to gain unauthorized advantages will be dealt with firmly.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on garasi189—both deposits and withdrawals—are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits via available local payment methods, including bank transfers between banks operating in Indonesia and digital wallets supported by the platform. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as stated in the transaction page after logging in.
The bank account or digital wallet name used for withdrawals must match the name registered on the garasi189 account. A name mismatch may cause delays or cancellation of the withdrawal process. garasi189 reserves the right to request proof of account ownership if required during the transaction verification process.
All confirmed deposits are non-refundable. If an error occurs during the deposit process due to incorrect information provided by the user, garasi189 is not responsible for any resulting losses. Users are advised to always double-check transaction details before proceeding. Transaction processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the state of the payment network at the time.
5. Account Suspension & Closure
garasi189 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account unilaterally if strong evidence or indications are found that the user has violated the terms set out in this document. The suspension may be temporary pending the outcome of an investigation, or permanent if the violation is found to be significant. This decision rests entirely at the discretion of garasi189 and cannot be challenged through any channel outside the platform.
Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance that has been identity-verified and is not subject to an active bonus condition will be processed for refund in accordance with the applicable procedure. garasi189 reserves the right to deduct a reasonable administrative fee from this process where necessary.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to an inactivity policy in accordance with the terms in effect at that time. Users will be notified of the inactivity policy via their registered email address before any action is taken on their account.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the garasi189 platform—including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, game software, and marketing materials—is the property of garasi189 or third parties that have granted an official license. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify such content without prior written permission from garasi189.
garasi189 does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or free from viruses and other harmful elements. The platform is provided "as is" and garasi189 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including financial losses resulting from a user's in-game decisions.
